Return Policy:

1. Returns:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Murrelet Herb Farm. If you are not happy with your order, returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.

2. Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

3. Process:

To initiate a return, please contact us at Orders@MurreletHerbFarm.com to request a return authorization. Once approved, you can either send the item back along with a copy of the original invoice or proof of purchase, or email a quality photo and explanation of any issues with your order.

4. Refunds:

Upon receiving the returned item or photo, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges:

Exchanges are always offered for damaged products. See step 3.
